Data we receive
Arrival planner choices are processed to make a plan. Traveler reports collect the fields you submit, such as travel date, transport experience and notes. Please do not include names, booking references or other sensitive information.
Security and operations
We use limited request information to prevent abuse and maintain the service. Rate limit keys use an HMAC of network address and are stored for a short period. We do not sell traveler reports.
Analytics and advertising
We may record aggregate interaction counts without a persistent visitor identifier. Display advertising is disabled until configured and any required consent integration is in place. If a third-party analytics or advertising service is enabled later, this policy will be updated.
Retention and contact
Reports are kept while needed for moderation and source review. Request correction or deletion at [email protected].
